I have spent years struggling to take control of my thoughts, mood and behavior. I settled into the "fact" that it was just my life and there wasn't much I can do about it. After deciding that I was done being a passenger in my life, I set out to find no fluff, BS free ways to life a better life. Through gratitude and mindfulness practice I learned to set new routines and look at my day-to-day interactions in a whole new way.
